It didn't look good there for a while...

So yeah...it's Guinness. I found this strange face in the woods. Right above the leaf on my right leg. Do you see it???

How 'bout now? Can you see the face? Weird, huh?

THE WORST!

Guinness here. So you all know my human sister Christa right? Well I love her very much. Lately she is the Anti-Christa though...hehehe. Now that she is 20, she lives in the "ATTIC APARTMENT" upstairs ---because she is a "Grown-Up."

But she has this new expression. It goes like this: "THE WORST" and you have to say it in a really high pitched dramatic voice--you know, like the world is coming to an end. So I thought I would go visit Christa and try the expression out for myself.

But first I have to climb these terrible stairs. THE WOOORRRRRRRRSSST!!!!!

And what is this monstrosity on the wall??? That is THE WOOORRRRRSSSST!!!

And GACK! Holy Crap! I see she has spray painted her kitchen floor. Ready everyone--1...2...3....

And here is my entry. I am smiling because I had just got my leg brace off after breaking my leggy--see how skinny I was? So I sure had alot to smile about.




And here is Groucho's entry. He is smiling because he landed a one way ticket out of the shelter to his forever home by acting like the biggest drama queen on Earth.

And everyone loved this picture of Saige so much that she thought she would submit this one. She is smiling because she is a professional model and knows how to ham it up for the camera.

f-ASS-ion Statement

Guinness here. We were out for a walk last weekend with our buddy Groucho and he made me post this picture of his butt. He wanted to show all the dogs how he color co-ordinates with the seasons. Poor little weird guy. ANYwhooooooooooo........

I have a fashion statement all my own. Like my new winter coat?

Actually, I went to a dog show last weekend and there was a bit of a consensus that I need to get my coat stripped....

And look who I finally met at the dog show! My new buddy Rohan! Well my human can't believe she didn't get some better pictures of the handsome dude, but you know how it is with shows. There is no messing around, serious business you see.

Well Rohan is telling me here that we have to get together later for some play time. He actually couldn't care less about the "SHOWS". I mean let's get serious for a minute. What do the judges know about fashion. Who cares if you're "a bit long in the stifles" when you have black velvet ears against a wheaton coat! Now who has got the best fashion statement, huh?

But Saige never does what she is told. She would not SIT. She would not STAY!

Notice I am still staying where I was told. That is why I am the Angel and she is the Devil. So we are entering this last picture as "Good versus Evil"

The Nose Knows

Saige here and that is my breeder and my sister Hannagh! She looks like me, huh? I was really happy to see them after 3 years. The breeder said I would have made a good show dog EXCEPT THAT....

MY NOSE IS ALL WRONG!!!! The breeder said it is too long and pointy for an Irish Wolfhound. It is more like a Scottish Deerhound or Borzoi. Well, blame the breeder not me! hehehe

Well actually, did you know that in the mid 19th century when we were a dying breed, Captain Graham took what was thought to be the last remaining Irish Wolfhound specimens and bred them with Deerhonds, Borzoi, Mastiffs and Great Danes to revive us!

So maybe I am just a throw back to those days, huh? Or better yet, how about this....

... I AM A CLASSIC BEAUTY!!!!! Yes! That is it...

Wouldn't you agree? Actually, I quite like my nose just the way it is....and besides, it worked for Barbra Striesand...
