It is Guinness. Everyone remembers these pictures of Saige and Gramp's brother, our Uncle Harry.
We are sad to say that our Uncle Harry died this week--but happy that he was in our lives and he did not suffer. He was such a great ol' soul, a real wanderer, and a true child of Mother Earth. He loved nature and was at home outdoors. Just like us, he loved a good 'splore.

I'm so sorry about your uncle. He looks so tiny next to Guinness!
ReplyDeleteI believe in bird signs too!
Our deepest condolences for your loss. What a beautiful post, and photos, to honor your Uncle Harry. We, also, believe in signs, and that was an awesome sign to receive from the Eagles. And a lovely poem.

ReplyDeleteSorry about your Uncle. Well, God created animals also. It is interesting to wonder how deep the connection may be between animals and humans.
ReplyDeleteWe're sure he and Saige are off on the next adventure!
ReplyDeleteEspecially love that last picture.

Miss Saige and Uncle Harry are together again, but you must be kind of sad again. He is soaring and Saige is running and they are both in your hearts forever.

Sorry about your Uncle Harry. He sounds like a great guy. How neat that you heard the eagles. I'm sure he's flying with them on his next journey.
ReplyDeleteCondolences to Uncle Harry's family. I am also a believer in Bird signs or Nature signs at the time of a death. My mother loved Sun Dogs and the day after her funeral, I looked out and saw two huge sun dogs filling the sky. They said she was fine!
ReplyDeleteCheers,
