The Wonderful Girl. The Wonderful Brother.

It is so hot these days, so we went to the ocean and look at these friends we met!
And one of them slobbered all over Saige--look! Beautiful Honey http://bighoneydog.com/ is having a drooling contest and we hope she will consider this for an entry, since us Wolfhounds don't slobber.

And our human got a present in the mail from her brother! He sent funny coasters from Scotland where he was on vacation! Imagine how nice it would be to visit that beautiful country! I guess these are really COAST to COASTERS, eh? Hehehe! This coaster says that our human is a Chocolate Button of LOVELINESS in the great caramel Pudding of LIFE. C've some???

And this Coaster says that our human is "The Wonderful Girl", and she is "Beautiful and Strong and everyone who meets her LOVES her and she spreads HAPPINESS wherever she goes. And she is not even afraid of SPIDERS" Hahaha!

And it was a code red for our human. Here is her camera --so there was going to be no bloggy for a while. And that very same week that VERY same brother sent a brand new digital camera for our human's 37th birthday! Can you believe that? What impecable timing, huh! So now the "Wonderful Girl" is busy snapping new pictures and taking us on new adventures and life is great.
But what we want to know is....
WHERE DO WE SIGN UP TO GET A BROTHER LIKE THAT?
*thank-you Pete&Suz-- love ya,mean it...

  1. Oooh - I llike that!! I think that deserves special points for creativity! Hee! hee! yes, I will definitely accept it - am actually creating separate categories - one for "amateur slobberers" and one for "prop-assisted slobberers" - so your entry could be in either of those! :-)

    Slobbers,

  5. We like the "coast to coaster" too. We agree your Mom has a wonderful brother. She is lucky. It is fun to meet new pups. Love the ocean picture with the others you met. Saige does look wet about the head. Maybe the other pup was giving her a clean up kiss.???

  6. What what what? You don't slobber? How is that possible? How do you keep your beards shiney and soft without bathing them in slobbers? This is most astonishing news.

  7. We liked your beach photos - that looked like a great day. We cannot understand the no slobber thing ourselves although our mum has not managed to catch it on film for the competition!

  10. Hi Wolfies! Yup, that's a wonderful brother alright - he is the brother who saved the blog from going 'on hold' and for that alone he is a king amongst brothers! :) But then, he's got a great sister so he couldn't help himself!

Lovely photos - and we love your slobber entry, very unique! JD's got a thing for a Newfoundland who lives down the road from us (he likes the larger dames!!) and he got slobbered on the head over the weekend whilst he was sidling up for smoochies - our female human wasn't as quick-thinking as yours to get a snap of it!! Great post - Schnauzer snuggles - JD and Max. Oh - and belated happy birthday to your very lovely mum!

  15. One time I was playing with a nice golden retriever puppy...and he left me with a present to remember him by...similar to what is on your nose! I wonder if these are maybe tokens of affection? Love the ocean pictures...all we could have here are some mucky river ones. Take a dip in that water for me!
    barks and wags!
