The Great Hound of Ireland

Phew. Guinness here. It is nice to be home so I can relax and let my hair down again.

Oh didn't you hear? I was at Buckingham Palace performing my duty for the the Irish Guard. Yup. The Irish Wolfhound was the ONLY official Mascot allowed at the Royal Wedding.

But I am glad to be home as a commoner now. SIGH. You can just call me "SIR GUINNESS" from now on.

  10. It's always to be back in your own nest! Guiness, there is a statue of a mourning wolfhound at Gettysburg in Pennsylvania.

You are a regal hound--even if you are a commoner.

  14. Wowzers, Sir Guinness! That's mighty cool! Did you get ear scratchies from the Queen or anything? She sure loves those little Corgis, so I'll bet she'd be a delight for any canine to meet!
    Hope you aren't too jet-lagged!
