My Shoulders ached for Strong Sure Wings
And my Feet were sore with the Need to Fly.
Poor Earth-Bound ones--- you could not know!
I raced the skies on Sturdy Limbs and tossed my proud dark head away from Captive Bones.

Such amazing words. My mom person & I cried & cried this morning when we found out. I don't like that Rainbow Bridge that takes our friends from us.

Wolfies - this is a wonderful post. Mr Darcy was our hero and we can't believe he's gone. But you two are wise beyond words and your comments recently - about a dogs life being short being a problem for humans and not dogs - have brough us great comfort and we wanted to thank you for your wisdom. A beautifu post, beautiful words and a beautiful picture. Your pals - JD and Max.
