ummm... I am not allowed to help get the eggs anymore...
Apparently there was a "minor mishap"....a "small incident". Nothing too serious, I just thought chicken was on the dinner menu...
But alas, it is going to be an omlet again...
...and that is not so bad either...
Ummmmmm, did you eat the chicken?
ReplyDeleteWiggles,
Brind'Amour
No--
ReplyDeletei have been getting bolder with the chickens, and finally put my mouth around one, so that was the last test. not to be trusted around the chickens. Saige doesn't care about them, but i have a stronger instinct. no chickens were harmed in this post. Guinness.
Oops! I don't think she meant to do whatever she did. They never do. And...she's really sorry.
ReplyDeletelol--that is Guinness
ReplyDeleteOh dear, chicken would be nice too!!! Just a little accident we are sure!
ReplyDeleteWe would love to go 'splorin' with your Wolfies!

P.S. About that GS dog. He lives on the next street over and his owner just moved in so we don't know him. They only time we have seen him is walking the big guy in the evening (and of course we can hear the dog barking in the garage). I do know his next door neighbor, so I might ask him next time I see him.
We love chicken. Enjoy your eggs

oops - Sweetie couldnt be trusted either - she eats everything - even when they are bigger than her - and mean (aka the turkey) i would be like saige i would try and make friends
ReplyDeletewoodrow
Uh-oh! You didn't accidentally hurt one of those birdies, did you?
ReplyDeletePlay bows,
Zim
Oh Guinness you look so sad in picture #1. Must have been taken just after you "mouthed" the chicken. Chicken would be good BUT you probably need to let your humans do the catching and cooking or whatever. Maybe not as much fun for you but definitely better than being banned - -
ReplyDeleteErnie & Sasha
What's a chicken? I haven't seen one! But in your pictures they look like they needed to be tamed! I don't see any problems!
ReplyDeleteBarks!
Sole' (and Luna)
Oops! But I guess you were only trying to be friendly!! Well, maybe not! I tried to catch a squirrel that came right up to our back door this evening - that caused a bit of panic!
ReplyDeletelots of woofs

Hmm, but you were only "helping" the chicken get up, right? It fell over, we bet! Yeah, that's it - it fell over! Jeez, you were only try to "help"!
ReplyDeleteBut on the flip side - omlets are delish too!
((hugs)) your friends
Oskar, Schatzi & Xena
I am sure it was an accident!
ReplyDeleteYummy eggs!

Oooh - Guiness, chicken IS on MY menu - and I have to say, they're really yummy with soft, crunchy bones!! :-) But they look different to yours - mine are naked and with their arms and legs and breasts missing - maybe coz they're a different breed of chicken? They're called "Chicken Carcass" - and they're from a place called Supermarket or from the pet shop which sells my Raw Food supplies...
ReplyDeleteBut oops - I don't think you're supposed to eat your kind! :-) The eggs are still yummy, though, so it's good you still get those! I get my eggs raw too - I love slurping up the oozy yellow insides!! :-)
Slobbers,
Honey the Great Dane
Beautiful chickens!
